By using the Services or placing an order after these Terms take effect, you agree to these Terms and the policies incorporated into them, including our Privacy Policy, Return & Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services or place an order.

Please notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Services for lawful personal shopping and informational purposes in accordance with these Terms.
Adventure Getaway Gear curates products for road trips, travel, outdoor time, pet travel, and everyday adventures. Some products are made to order, print on demand, or fulfilled by third-party suppliers or fulfillment partners. Availability, processing time, and packaging may vary by product or fulfillment location.
We work to present product descriptions, specifications, pricing, and images accurately. Screen settings, lighting, production methods, and normal manufacturing variation can affect appearance. These variations do not permit a materially different product substitution without your agreement.
Any material product-specific restriction, customization requirement, return limitation, or warranty information will be disclosed on the relevant product page before purchase. An order confirmation may restate those terms but will not create a new material restriction after purchase.
We may update products, descriptions, prices, or availability prospectively without notice. A later website change will not alter an order already accepted without notice to you and any choice or remedy required by applicable law.
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated order acknowledgment or payment authorization confirms that we received the order but does not prevent us from reviewing it for product availability, payment authorization, suspected fraud, address problems, quantity limits, or an obvious pricing or listing error.
We may decline or cancel an order before fulfillment for a legitimate reason, including an unavailable item, failed payment authorization, suspected fraud, an address we cannot serve, a quantity restriction, or an obvious pricing or listing error. If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will notify you and issue the required refund to the original payment method. We will not charge a higher price than the amount you authorized without your agreement.
Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are calculated at checkout. You authorize us and our payment processors to charge the payment method you provide for the order total shown at checkout.
Please review your email address, shipping address, products, variants, quantities, discounts, and order total before submitting the order. Contact us promptly if you discover an error. We will try to help, but changes might not be possible after fulfillment begins.
Processing and delivery dates are estimates unless we expressly promise a specific date. We maintain a reasonable basis for the shipping expectations we publish. Orders may arrive in more than one package when products are fulfilled by different suppliers or locations.
Carrier disruptions, severe weather, emergencies, address problems, and other events outside our reasonable control can affect delivery after shipment. These circumstances do not eliminate any notice, cancellation, or refund rights that apply to a delayed order. If we cannot ship within the promised or legally applicable timeframe, we will provide the notice, delay choice, cancellation option, and refund required by applicable law.

Returns, replacements, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy and any material product-specific terms disclosed before purchase. If these Terms conflict with the Return & Refund Policy on a return or refund issue, the more specific Return & Refund Policy controls, subject to applicable law.
Do not send a return to our business mailing address or to an address printed on a shipment. Contact us first and wait for written instructions. For a defect, damage, or wrong-item claim, we may request photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label when available before approving a return, replacement, or refund.
From time to time, we may offer discount codes, promotional pricing, or free shipping. Offer terms will be disclosed with the offer or on this page. Promotions can be limited by dates, products, destinations, minimum purchase amounts, customer eligibility, usage limits, or other stated conditions. Unless expressly permitted, promotions cannot be combined, transferred, redeemed for cash, or applied retroactively to a completed order.
Review the checkout total before submitting an order. If an expected discount or shipping offer is not displayed, contact us before completing the purchase. A prospective promotion change will not alter a discount already applied to a completed order.
The Services may include links to, integrations with, or functionality provided by third parties, including payment, fulfillment, communication, analytics, and social-media providers. Third-party services can have their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for a third party’s independent website or conduct, but this provision does not limit responsibility that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Our online store is powered by Shopify. Purchases from this store are transactions with Adventure Getaway Gear LLC. Shopify supplies commerce technology and may process information as described in our Privacy Policy and Shopify’s applicable notices.
The site’s content, branding, designs, graphics, text, photographs, logos, and other materials are owned by or licensed to Adventure Getaway Gear LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except for ordinary personal use of the Services, you may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, modify, publish, or commercially exploit this content without prior written permission.

Suspension or termination does not eliminate rights or obligations connected with an existing order, payment, refund, intellectual property, privacy, dispute, or another provision that by its nature should survive.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and its informational features are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not promise that the website will always be uninterrupted, error free, or free from every harmful component. Scheduled maintenance, technical failures, and events outside our reasonable control may temporarily affect availability.
Products remain subject to the descriptions and express representations made before purchase, any applicable manufacturer or supplier warranty, and any implied warranty or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded. Nothing in these Terms converts a new consumer product into an “as is” sale or disclaims a warranty that applicable law does not permit us to disclaim.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Adventure Getaway Gear LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from the Services or a product. This limitation does not apply to fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, personal injury, or any liability or consumer remedy that cannot be limited under applicable law.
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold Adventure Getaway Gear LLC harmless from third-party claims, damages, and reasonable costs caused by your unlawful misuse of the Services, your infringement of another person’s rights, or your material violation of these Terms. This provision does not require you to indemnify us for our own negligence, misconduct, or violation of law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to any consumer right that requires a different forum, disputes relating to the Services or these Terms may be brought in the state or federal courts serving Johnson County, Kansas, and the parties consent to those courts’ jurisdiction.
Nothing in these Terms prevents either party from bringing an eligible claim in small claims court or limits a protection, remedy, or forum right that cannot be waived under applicable consumer law.
We may revise these Terms prospectively. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. When appropriate, we will provide additional notice of a material change. An order is generally governed by the Terms and policies in effect when the order was placed unless a later change is required by law or you agree to it.
If a provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.
