Welcome to Adventure Getaway Gear™. This Shipping Policy explains where we ship, shipping costs, delivery timing, and what to do if something goes sideways.
At launch, we ship to the contiguous 48 United States + Washington, D.C. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or APO/FPO/DPO addresses at this time.
We keep shipping simple:
Note: The $50 free-shipping threshold is based on your cart subtotal after discounts (and before taxes).
Also note: Shipping rates and eligibility are always confirmed at checkout. If anything ever conflicts, the checkout rate is the one that applies.
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing time can vary based on product availability and which fulfillment partner is shipping your item(s).
Delivery timing depends on the product and the shipping carrier. Most orders arrive within 5–14 business days after shipment, but occasional delays can happen (carrier volume, weather, routing, etc.).
When your order ships, we’ll email tracking details (when available). If your order ships in multiple packages, you may receive multiple tracking numbers.
Some products are fulfilled by third-party partners. That means items in the same order may ship separately and arrive on different days.
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Some items may not be deliverable to PO Boxes depending on the carrier or fulfillment partner.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we’ll contact you to coordinate next steps. Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment, and if you choose not to reship, any refund (if applicable) may exclude original shipping costs.
We aren’t responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or other factors outside our control. If your order seems unusually delayed, reach out and we’ll help however we can.
